Howdy and welcome to my classroom!  I am beyond excited to be "Wild About Huggins" this year and cannot wait to see what this school year will bring.  I am brand new to Huggins but not to teaching.  This is my 10th year of teaching.  I am originally from Angleton, TX. I graduated from Angleton HS and the University of Houston.  I spent the first 8 years of my teaching career in Columbia-Brazoria ISD where I taught everything from 6th grade social studies/science to 4th grade math, science and language arts to PK-6 art.  I then spent my 9th year of teaching at Spring HS as a CTE/Global Business teacher.  After my husband's career moved us out to Katy, I decided to join the wonderful community of LCISD.  I cannot wait to work alongside you to help make your scholar's 5th grade year a complete success!
